Jeffrey Danzig heads the Intake Department at Fieger, Fieger, Kenney, Johnson & Giroux. Each week, hundreds of people call the firm hoping that Geoffrey Fieger will represent their case. All the calls are forwarded directly to Danzig. With his penchant for organization and extensive trial experience, Danzig personally reviews every call, asks specific questions to pinpoint the merits of the potential case and then takes the appropriate action, usually within a week.
If the caller's case has merit and falls within the firm’s medical malpractice, wrongful death or serious injury specialties, Danzig contacts Fieger immediately with details then assigns the case to an attorney within the firm. If the case falls outside the firm's expertise, such as divorce, custody or real estate matters, Danzig will refer callers to an affiliated firm. FFKJG work with a vast array of firms that handle cases from A to Z, and Danzig personally follows up with clients to make sure they find an attorney and are getting the proper attention.
A 1984 graduate of University of Detroit Law School, Danzig worked 18 years at Lopatin & Miller where he was a top litigator with several multi-million verdicts. In 2005, Danzig and Geoffrey Fieger won a jury verdict in an industrial accident case in Wayne County for $24.8 million. In 2007, Danzig and Fieger resolved another industrial accident case for over $8 million. Danzig is currently involved in a similar industrial accident case of significant economic value, which could exceed previous awards.
In the firms most recent verdict, Fieger and Danzig won a $15 million jury verdict for a young Detroit boy hit by a motor vehicle, who suffered severe brain injury.
As an attorney, it's my honesty, integrity and straightforwardness that defines who I am.
Since I was a young boy, I was always intrigued by lawyers and the law and I never wanted to do anything else besides practice law.
There are two sides to every story and the successful attorney will be the one better able to persuade the jury that your version is the correct one.
