Valenti joined the Appellate Department at Fieger, Fieger, Kenney, Johnson & Giroux in 2002. In his more than 20 years of trial and appellate practice, he has briefed and argued many cases before the Michigan Supreme Court, the Michigan Court of Appeals, and the federal appellate courts. Valenti graduated law school with honors and worked as a research attorney at the Michigan Court of Appeals and as a law clerk for the now-retired Honorable Harold Hood. He chaired the State Bar of Michigan Appellate Practice Section Council in 2004, and he remains active there with committee work. In addition to trial practice support at Fieger Law, Valenti’s appellate practice focuses upon representing injured victims of medical malpractice, workplace accidents, police and jail misconduct, civil rights, defective products, defective premises, and governmental liability.
