Jeremy D. Brown

Jeremy Brown earned his undergraduate degree in political science at Oakland University, and spent a semester abroad in Oxford, England before entering law school at Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Va. While there, he served as class president, won numerous academic dinstinctions, and gained valuable experience interning for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of West Virginia.

He also interned for the Honorable Nancy G. Edmunds in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and volunteered for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office and various legal clinics.

After serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul D. Borman and the Honorable Avern Cohn in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Jeremy worked in the legal department for the City of Dearborn.

Jeremy joined Fieger Law’s appellate department in July, 2018 from a business law firm in Troy, where he wrote appellate briefs and drafted dispositive motions.

Jeremy has experience representing clients in a wide range of legal matters in state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Michigan.

His zealous advocacy has resulted in millions of dollars’ worth of judgments for his clients.

At Fieger Law, he hopes to write persuasive briefs that cause judges to rule in our clients' favor.

Jeremy was named a 2018 Rising Star by Super Lawyers, as well as a Top Rated General Litigation Attorney.

He is married and has two daughters. His wife, Katie Brown, is an employment law attorney who practices in Southfield.
