Experienced Paralegal
Experienced Paralegal needed for our Oakland County office.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Research
- Drafting of documents
- E-filing
- Preparation of pleadings and correspondence
- Trial preparation
Skills and experience:
- Potential candidates must have previous paralegal experience
- Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment
- The ideal candidate will possess mid to high-level computer skills, superior communication skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Medical malpractice experience is a plus

Trial Attorney
The right candidate will have the opportunity to handle some of the best medical malpractice, civil rights, auto negligence, general negligence, and premise liability cases in the country.

- Responsible for all aspects of investigation, litigation, and settlement negotiations
Skills and experience:
- 5+ years of personal injury experience
- Must be detail-oriented, hard-working and self-driven
- Leadership, along with communication and writing skills are also important

Legal Assistant
Fieger Law has immediate openings for Legal Assistants to work with our Super Lawyers. This is a full-time position in our beautiful Southfield office.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Electronic e-file
- Scheduling depositions
- Diary case dates
- Maintaining attorney calendar
- Communicating with clients
- Scanning
- Drafting correspondence
Skills and experience:
- Must have 2 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of Practice Master and Worldox is preferred but not required.
- Potential candidate must have the ability to multi-task, work well in a team environment, have superior communication skills and be highly organized and detail oriented. You must be able to work well under pressure.
