Jennifer Damico is a seasoned trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience handling complex civil rights and personal injury cases. She was awarded a $6.4 million jury verdict in a civil rights lawsuit against jail medical providers and has obtained numerous million-dollar settlements for clients injured by police misconduct, sexual assault, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, and trucking negligence.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in political science in 1991 from Michigan State University where she gave the commencement address upon graduation. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1994 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and was a member of the Law Review.
Jennifer has been recognized by her peers in “Michigan Super Lawyers,” DBusiness Magazine’s “Top Lawyers” list, and HOUR Magazine’s “Top Women Attorneys in Michigan” list.
She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), and an executive board member of the Michigan Association for Justice.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
