Bio
With nearly a decade of experience in personal injury litigation, Mr. Huebner has a proven track record of successfully representing clients in complex cases. He is dedicated to fighting for justice on behalf of his clients and has a strong record of securing favorable settlements and trial verdicts.
Mr. Huebner represents clients in personal injury cases. He handles a wide range of disputes including medical malpractice, catastrophic injury cases, workers’ compensation, product liability, labor, fraudulent billing, licensing and compliance, and civil rights claims. With his strong litigation skills and expertise in eDiscovery, he effectively manages all aspects of litigation planning and execution, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategy.
In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Huebner has a strong background in legal research and analysis. During his time as an intern to Chief Judge Gerald Rosen, he updated chapters of the Federal Civil Trial and Practice guide, focusing on areas of relevance and hearsay. This experience has honed his ability to investigate and resolve complex legal issues, ensuring that his clients’ cases are built on a solid foundation.
Mr. Huebner is committed to serving the community and has actively contributed to pro bono work. As a student attorney for the Free Legal Aid Clinic of Detroit, he represented indigent clients in divorce and custody disputes, contract review and drafting, and various other legal matters. His dedication to pro bono work was recognized with the Wayne State University Law School – Warrior Pro Bono Award.
Education-wise, Mr. Huebner obtained his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, where he was a recipient of the Wayne Law Scholarship. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Queens University of Charlotte.
He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court (Eastern District) and the State Bar of Michigan.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and kids and coaching and playing hockey.
