Helen Joyner was appointed by the Michigan Supreme Court to its Committee on Model Civil Jury Instructions in 2005. In this role, she is responsible for drafting all of the instructions read to juries in every civil jury trial across the state.
Joining Fieger Law in 2016, Helen is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has received a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating. This recognition reflects the confidential opinions of the bar and judiciary that she has the highest level of legal ability and professional ethics. She is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Michigan Chapter of the American Constitution Society.
Helen was voted to the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Michigan as published in the Detroit News Super Lawyer Section; she continues to be listed in the Michigan Super Lawyer Edition.
Helen is also a certified SCUBA diver and certified sailor.
