Jack M. Beam, Of Counsel

Jack Beam has worked with Geoffrey Fieger and Fieger Law for over 15 years. As of counsel to Fieger Law, Beam concentrates in medical malpractice cases with emphasis in neonatal and obstetrical negligence. His track record of obtaining multi-million dollar verdicts for families who have had a loved-one injured at birth is unparalleled.

After law school, Beam was hired by the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. As an Assistant United States Attorney he continued with the Justice Department in Delaware as a federal prosecutor. Among other things, he was responsible for heading up an FBI Strike Force. Following his tour with the Justice Department, Beam returned to his home town of Grand Rapids, Mich. to enter private practice. In his early years of law, he represented doctors, hospitals and their insurance companies in medical malpractice cases. Now, he represents only victims, putting to good use his understanding of both sides of the issues. More on Beam and Raymond

Life: If your children are healthy, you are wealthy.
Law: All law is politics.
Lessons: If doctors and hospitals practiced a little more “Golden Rule” and a little less “Gold Rules,” there would be fewer malpractice cases.
